With over 21 years of professional experience in finance, operations, grants, and contracts management, our Proprietor brings a wealth of international expertise to the business. She has worked extensively with leading U.S. and U.K.-based development organizations, consulting firms, and national NGOs, successfully managing donor-funded projects from USAID, DFID, SDC, ECHO, UNDP, UK Aid, and the European Commission.
Throughout her career, she has combined financial stewardship with operational leadership, ensuring transparency, compliance, and efficiency in project delivery. Her work has spanned diverse sectors including economic growth, governance, agriculture, education, youth leadership, nutrition, energy, livelihoods, and market systems development—where she has over 8 years of direct experience supporting sustainable enterprise models and local business ecosystems.
In addition to her financial and managerial expertise, the Proprietor has worked closely with rural communities, local entrepreneurs, NGOs, and government bodies in Bangladesh, gaining first-hand understanding of grassroots markets, supply chain challenges, and opportunities for inclusive growth. She has also built capacity for local organizations and partners, strengthening their governance, financial systems, and business practices to meet international standards.

Quality Control & Compliance Manager

Wahidur Rahman
With 10 years of proven experience in the export–import business and a strong background in quality management, Wahidur Rahman ensures that every product meets buyer specifications and international quality standards before shipment. He conducts on-site inspections at supplier and contract manufacturing facilities, verifies packaging, and enforces compliance with both buyer requirements and regulatory guidelines across diverse product categories. His decade of hands-on expertise in global trade quality assurance builds confidence with international buyers by guaranteeing that only fully compliant, high-quality goods are delivered.
Head of Operations

Md. Nurul Alam
The Head of Operations, with 25 years of professional experience, oversees the full spectrum of export and import activities, ensuring that every shipment—domestic or international—runs smoothly and meets compliance and buyer requirements. This role manages order execution, prepares and verifies all shipping and customs documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin, and coordinates closely with suppliers, contract manufacturers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and courier services. By monitoring timelines, resolving operational challenges, and optimizing processes, the Head of Operations ensures that products are delivered efficiently, reliably, and with complete adherence to international trade standards.
Accounts & Finance Officer

Nahid Hasan
The Accounts Officer, with five years of experience in export–import finance, manages the company’s financial operations with precision and compliance. Key responsibilities include handling Letters of Credit (LCs), preparing export invoices, processing international payments, and ensuring accurate taxation. The role also covers robust bookkeeping, transparent financial reporting, and strict adherence to banking regulations and government trade policies. By combining strong accounting expertise with hands-on knowledge of international trade practices, the Accounts Officer ensures financial integrity, smooth cash flow, and lasting trust among buyers, suppliers, and financial institutions.
Technical Advisor (Part-Time Consultant)

Abdul Wadud
With over 20 years of professional experience in trade, operations, and business management, Abdul Wadud Choudhury provides expert guidance on operations, supply chain management, quality assurance, and trade compliance. In his role as Technical Advisor, he supports the Managing Director and core team in optimizing processes, making informed decisions, and ensuring that all products consistently meet buyer expectations and international standards.
